Dean Guida, CEO and President
Mr. Guida is CEO and President of Infragistics and was CEO and a co-founder of ProtoView Development Corporation. Mr. Guida has over 16 years experience in the technical industry and oversees all aspects of the company's business operations and corporate direction. Mr. Guida is also responsible for cultivating strategic alliances and other external relationships, as well as managing corporate financial affairs.
Prior to co-founding ProtoView in 1989, Mr. Guida served as a leading consultant for IBM Corporation where he developed a global executive information management system under OS/2 reporting all PC hardware and software sales. Before joining IBM, Mr. Guida built and implemented a groundbreaking client/server application for AIG Insurance. Mr. Guida has also pioneered development initiatives for General Electric and numerous Wall Street firms.

Bob Wolf, Vice President, Global Strategy
Mr. Wolf has over 25 years of executive sales, marketing, management and consulting experience in high technology computer and office automation fields. Mr. Wolf has held executive positions with Lanier/Harris (manufacturer), Arrow Electronics (distributor), Computer Network (reseller), and DMA/Symantec (software publisher). Mr. Wolf has been a Director of the Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet), the Association for Competitive Technology (ACT), and the Component Vendors Consortium (CVC). Mr. Wolf served as Sheridan's President and CEO.

Connie Chen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Connie Chen leads the Sales and Marketing group for Infragistics. Formerly the COO and the VP of Business Development of Morris DigitalWorks (MDW), Connie led MDW's efforts to become a primary software vendor to more than 150 newspapers and several major newspaper groups. She has been in information technology sales, marketing and business development for over 20 years, with the last 12 years directly in the Internet space. Her previous employment includes ten years at IBM, and several start-up company experiences ranging from Internet consultancies to Foofoo.com, a luxury commerce, content and community B2C site. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science from Yale University.

Steve Dadoly, Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering at Infragistics, Steve Dadoly leads a diverse team of technical managers, software engineers, visual designers and quality engineers. Steve has been instrumental in growing the Infragistics engineering team into a globally distributed technical culture of excellence with teams located in North America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, South America and Asia. He believes that exceptional products are created by talented, passionate people who have a shared vision and strategy for solving technical challenges and exceeding customer needs.
Prior to joining Infragistics, Steve was CEO and Chief Software Architect of Velocitis, a software tools company focused on design, visualization and refactoring tools for Visual Studio® .NET. He also started Probid, an internet based construction bidding service provider. Additionally, Steve has broad business and technical experience in the manufacturing sector. A registered professional engineer, Steve has over twenty-five years experience designing, developing and delivering cutting edge software.

Chris Rogers, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Prior to joining Infragistics, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Rogers served in senior financial positions from Controller to CFO for various companies such as Meridian Emerging Markets, Taratec, HealthAnswers and Mobil Research & Development Corp. With over 20 years of experience in the finance & human resource fields, Mr. Rogers is instrumental in overseeing the financial actions of Infragistics. Mr. Rogers has over 15 years experience leading technology companies in efforts ranging from international mergers & acquisitions, licensing and technology transfer, and SEC reporting. Among many of his accomplishments, he led the financial team in geographical expansion to include operating companies in Europe and Japan as well as overseeing the worldwide growth of Infragistics, Inc. Mr. Rogers oversees all treasury functions including investment policy and monetary controls and movement at Infragistics. In 2006, Mr. Rogers became the Vice President of Finance and Administration, continuing the growth and expansion of Infragistics. Mr. Rogers is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Ed Saunders, Vice President of Worldwide Services
Edmund Saunders, the Vice President of Worldwide Services at Infragistics, is responsible for managing product training, consulting services, user experience consulting and developer support. Prior to Infragistics, Ed was a Vice President at BEA Systems, Inc., an enterprise infrastructure software and Web development services provider. where he created product and field operations, and support organizations. He is an expert in distributed systems, middleware products, enterprise application and transaction processing software, application server technology, database systems, and application integration. Ed is a 25-year veteran of the high-tech industry having established professional services, pre-sales engineering, sales and technical field operations to support sales and technical teams, and programs to support domestic and international subsidiaries, partners, SIs, and ISVs.

Joyce Fisher, Vice President, Talent Management
Joyce Fisher is Vice President, Talent Management at Infragistics. She is responsible for leading all initiatives related to Infragistics' most important strategy: its people. Ms. Fisher has held divisional and corporate HR leadership positions in the healthcare, technology and software industries. She has experience in several HR disciplines, including HR strategy, people development, recruiting and staffing, and employee benefits. In addition to her MBA, Ms. Fisher holds Professional Certifications in Human Resources Management and Training and has completed the HR Executive Development program at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Peter Lindsey, Managing Director of Infragistics, Europe
Mr. Lindsey joined Infragistics in October 2002 as Managing Director of Infragistics Europe. Prior to joining Infragistics Mr. Lindsey worked extensively in the software and software development tools markets. Mr. Lindsey has held positions as Managing Director of Data Junction UK Ltd., Managing Director of Programmer's Paradise U. K., and Founder and Chairman of System Science Ltd. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for both Falconholm International and XiWave plc. Mr. Lindsey brings his extensive personal experience as a developer, reseller and distributor to Infragistics' European operations.

David Keuning, Managing Director of Infragistics Japan K.K.
Mr. Keuning heads Infragistics' operations in Japan. Before joining Infragistics, he was a Honolulu-based consultant assisting high-tech companies wishing to do business in Japan. Mr. Keuning has held management positions in technology ventures including PacRim Marketing, Inovaware and Postcard Software. In the 19 years he has worked for technology companies, over half has been spent in Japan. Mr. Keuning spent the first five years of his career at Sony Corporation, in Tokyo, Japan, as an evangelist for new data storage and computer-related products. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University. Mr. Keuning, who was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, also speaks fluent Japanese.

Daniela (Didka) Duneva, General Manager of Infragistics Bulgaria
Didka Duneva joined Infragistics when the company opened its development lab in Sofia, Bulgaria, in July 2007. She has over 10 years of management experience including co-founding Chaos Group Ltd, and serving as its CEO for several years. Before joining the development world, Didka managed teams and projects in the 3D graphics domain for international companies in the electronic gaming and CG industries. Now in Sofia, where the fast growing Infragistics development lab is located, she will be responsible for the peace of mind of more than thirty senior engineers.

Jack Schwinn, Director of North American Sales
Jack Schwinn is the Director of North American Sales for Infragistics where he manages a team responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and providing solutions to enterprise software development teams. Prior to Infragistics, Mr. Schwinn spent five years at Microsoft working in the global sales organization selling enterprise solutions that included network, integration, application development and collaboration solutions. During that time, Microsoft sales grew 70 percent from $23 to $39 billion. Most of the growth was seen in the enterprise market. He started his career at Programmer's Paradise, a reseller of computer hardware, software and services, where Mr. Schwinn held a number of sales and marketing management positions. Mr. Schwinn holds a BA from Muhlenberg College.

Jason Beres, Director of Product Management
Prior to joining Infragistics, Inc., Jason Beres served as a .NET Architect and .NET Evangelist for Computer Ways, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Before exclusively focusing his time on .NET, Mr. Beres taught Visual Basic and Windows DNA at a Microsoft CTEC. Mr. Beres also founded the Non-Profit Ways Community which enables developers to write .NET applications for non-profit charities that are otherwise unable to afford the technology required to write real-world .NET applications. In addition, Mr. Beres co-founded the Florida.NET Users Group. As Infragistics' Director of Product Management, Mr. Beres spearheads the Product Management program by promoting customer-driven, innovative features and functionality throughout all of Infragistics' products. Mr. Beres is a Microsoft .NET MVP, a leading member of the INETA Speakers Bureau, and is the chairman of the INETA Academic Committee. He writes a monthly column for Visual Studio Magazine and is the author of numerous works including Teach Yourself Visual Studio .NET 2003 in 21 Days (Sams, 2003), and the coauthor of the Visual Basic .NET Bible (Wiley, 2001), the C# Bible (Wiley, 2002) and Silverlight 1.0 (Wrox, 2007).
