Introduction
This two-day instructor-led class provides students with an understanding of creating user experiences systematically and integrating user experience development into the development process.

Audience
This course is intended for developers, business analysts, architects, webmasters and UX professionals.

At Course Completion
After completing this training the participants will be able to:

  • Understand and communicate the background and concept of user experience
  • Apply user interface (UI) best practices to their own work
  • Assess the user experience of interactive products
  • Understand and apply key methods in user-centered design with their strengths and limitations
  • Understand the process of user experience and how to interface it with their own development process
  • Understand the role and power of user interface controls and patterns
